How do I prepare for my yoga class?

Wear comfortable, breathable clothing and bring a yoga mat if you have one. It’s also helpful to come with any specific goals or concerns you’d like to address during your session.

What if I need to cancel or reschedule a class?

Please provide at least [24/48] hours’ notice to cancel or reschedule a class. This allows us to offer the time slot to other clients and ensure a smooth scheduling process.
