Welcome to Jade Healing Yoga, where mindfulness, movement, and inner peace come together to provide a balancing of the body, the mind, and the spirit.
The mission of Jade Healing Yoga is to help one find their inner peace through yoga and meditation.
Doreen Collins
is a certified and register yoga teacher (RYT-200) in Vinyasa Flow, Doreen is also certified in Yoga Nidra, Kids Yoga, and Mindfulness, and Trauma Informed Yoga. Doreen became a teacher in March of 2020 and has been practicing Yoga since 2013. Yoga is a very healing practice for Doreen, she noticed the many benefits of Yoga, especially calming the “monkey mind” and also able to handle stresses of life better through meditation, breath and movement of body. Doreen believes Yoga is for everyBODY, her approach is creating a safe, fun, and grounding class for all to enjoy. Yoga continues to be a journey of self-discovery, so always a student. Doreen is truly honored by all the Yoga Instructors she has had along the way.
